At Mayhaps Project, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items returned outside this 7-day window, or that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received defective or incorrect:

  • Sale items and final-sale items
  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at mayhapsbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mayhaps Project is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • If a refund is rejected (e.g., item does not meet return conditions), the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour instead of a refund, let us know when you submit your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund, at your choice, once verified.

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
