6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Vietnam and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Mayhaps Project is not liable for delays or loss caused by third-party logistics providers once the package has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, final-sale items, and intimates are non-returnable unless defective.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website before sending any items back.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
